PAYMENTS
Payment in full required upfront via Ko-FI, Patreon allowed as an alternative in case Ko-fi is not working. Payment plans are not allowed regardless of final cost.REVISIONS
Revisions to pose/composition can be made without adding to cost during the sketching stage. After the final sketch is approved major revisions will not be possible. The same applies to revisions to coloring after flat colors are approved. I may agree to small changes, or to fix mistakes that weren't noticed before.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The deadline for all commissions is 6 months. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your commission much faster than that. The extended deadline is only in case of major life emergencies that prohibit me from drawing for a very extended period of time. I will always keep you updated on when I expect a commission to be finished and you can track my queue on my Trello. You will receive two .pngs of your commission for each version, one full resolution and one scaled down to 50% for posting online. Additional versions available upon request.USE
I have full use of any art work I create for promotional, commercial or personal use. I will also occasionally stream my work process. You may use the art work for personal use only, such as PFPs, banners, Twitch panels/schedules, ECT. And if you're not sure just ask!INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace. In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.EDITS
You may not edit my artwork under any circumstance. This includes adding watermarks or text that was not on the original art. You may not use AI to alter my artwork under any circumstance.REFUNDS
All payments are final. NO refunds under ANY circumstances. The only time a refund will be issued is if I feel I am unable or uncomfortable to complete a commission.COMMUNICATION
